So two weeks from Friday it hopefully will be. I'm also cheap and intend to somehow con my dad into paying for the materials. I wonder how that conversation would go...

"Can you pay for my sewing materials for my Sixth Doctor Colin Baker coat?"
"No."
"You'd pay for my clothes."
"Would you wear the coat out?"

That might be how it goes, but hey. But then I'd also wear Time Lord ceremonial robes to the mall if I had them. And if they were Prydonian.
